Weight: 20 lbs 5 oz 1% (yup he's holding it down at 1%...poor guy needs to gain some weight!)

My little guy is 18 months...where has the time gone? I can still remember those first few hours in the hospital and now he is running around everywhere.

Fun facts:

Words: this (ALL day everyday), please (with his hands cupped under his chin), mom, nana (for banana and for his Nana Youngberg), dad, cheese (for food and to smile at the camera) bapa, Ste ( for Uncle Steven and he calls Jason it too) and hi. He's not much of a talker, but he is very interested in what things are and asks "this" all day
-He says "awoo" for a dog...Jariki doesn't really bark she mostly howls so that is where he learned it from
-He says "meoww" for a cat but as Natalie can atest it is one of the funniest sounds that comes out of his mouth.
-Says "hooo" for an owl. He has an owl painted on his bedroom wall that he asks every morning "this!"
-He is OBSESSED with screwdrivers. He constantly is asking for one. He doesn't play with his toys anymore, he usually will just flip them over to find all the screws.
-Hates the vacuum and panics when it comes out daily.
-Loves to watch the garbage truck come on Thursday morning
-Still loves to watch Curious George and The Wiggles. Other than those 2 shows he isn't really interested in TV. Curious George comes back on at 5pm on PBS so its nice he can watch it while I can get dinner started
-Will jump all over Kurt when he comes home and rough house with him, but the minute Kurt says "Ouch that hurt," he will give him a BIG hug and kiss
-Has been sleeping from about 8:00-8:30pm to 7:30-8:00am...its glorious. I didn't think the day would ever come he would sleep in after 6am. He also naps from 1:00pm-3:00pm
-Holden loves Jason so much that if Jason is coming over for dinner we cant tell him until the minute before Jason walks in the door or he will cry and cry and want to wait outside for him.
-We try to go to Book Baby at the library every Tuesday-Thursday. Holden loves to listen to the books and sing.
-Foods: loves grapes, bananas, bacon, strawberries, plain bread, corn, pretzel goldfish crackers, smoothies, apples, avocado, beans, ice cream, cheerios, broccoli
He doesn't really hate any foods these days. If he isn't feeling it that day, he just won't eat it. But he is such a good eater with fruit and veggies, so we feel pretty lucky.
-Still loves Jariki, and she is slowly warming up to him. But he really has no fear with animals, which I really love.
-Really likes to color....and if you give him a pen he is even more happy to color!
-Loves to dance and if music comes on he will start dancing anywhere.

I love my little guy and I'm so grateful I have him in my life!
